PRODUCTION TIME:
I appreciate your interest in our customized memory bears! Please be aware that production times can vary, as customization allows for a unique touch. The time frames I provide are estimates based on the number of orders ahead of yours. If you're ordering multiple bears, do keep in mind that it may take a bit longer to bring your vision to life.

The complexity of your customization and the amount of embroidery you request can also influence the completion time. Once I receive your clothing, I’ll set a tentative start date for your order, but please remember that this is still an estimate. If an order ahead of yours encounters delays, it may shift your timeline as well.

Shipping may occur in multiple shipments depending on the number of animals in your order. I strive to work as efficiently as possible, but as I am a one-person operation with my wonderful husband assisting me, your patience is greatly appreciated.

If you have a specific date by which you need your order, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

Please do not assume that the time frame etsy sets for your order is correct. I work on orders in the order that I receive the clothing. Etsy does not know when you place the order how long it will be until I receive the clothing that you send. Their system does not calculate the difference in time needed to complete an order of 6 bears and an order of 2 bears. If you have any questions about time frames please ask before ordering. ACCEPTABLE CLOTHING-
YES- Cotton, cotton blends, flannel, polyester, polyester blends, stretchy denim, seersucker, T-shirts, sweatshirts, button downs, light weight jackets, robes, and light weight sweaters.
NO- leather, sequins (a few may be okay), see through items, swimsuits, fur coats, and under garments.
Please launder clothing if needed prior to shipping. Do not use fabric softner.
PLEASE ASK if you are in doubt.

Amount of CLOTHING NEEDED per giraffe:
Adults clothing : 1-2 pieces
Children and baby clothing: 5-6 pieces
-Sizes make a difference so you may need more or less fabric. Example: 1 large adult shirt will make 1 bear. 6 pieces of newborn clothing will barely make a bear. Please ask if in doubt.


*Left over fabric will be discarded unless requested back in the personalization box. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to the scrap fabric. You will receive an invoice for the charges through email once your order is complete. You will have 3 days to take care of paying the invoice or the scrap fabric will be discarded. I do not have room to keep it longer.
