Returns

{Returns} 
We must be notified about any return within 15 days of receiving an item that you would like to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that arrive damaged will be eligible for full refund. You may be requested to mail back the item. A picture of the damaged item may be requested for insurance purposes.

To receive a refund you must be the original purchaser.

If you simply changed your mind about your purchase we can offer an exchange or a refund. However because these items are handmade for you after the order is placed we do deduct a 30% restocking fee from the refund for a return of this nature. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility in this case. 

If a return is requested after 15 days it may be granted but will incur a restocking fee of 30%. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility in this case. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Non-returnable items: 
Gift cards 
Downloadable software products 
Custom order work

{Refunds} (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If the item meets our conditions you will receive the applicable refund in 24- 48 hours. Your bank or credit card company may take longer to process the refund.

{Exchanges} (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are unhappy with the purchase due to size or color an exchange MAY be granted but only after the original item is returned in sell-able condition.

{Gifts}
If the item arrives damaged it will be replaced with the same item. We can not offer a refund to the gift receiver. The buyer must request a return or refund.

{Requesting a Return} 
To return your product:

You may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest shipping items back with a trackable shipping method.
