My stitch markers are snag free! I use closed jump rings that won't come apart and snag your yarn. I test every marker before they ship out. I use my stitch markers when I knit with so I know how important it is that they be snag free. As a knitter, stitch markers have helped me learn to "read" my knitting and now I catch my mistakes as I am about to make them. It's so much better than getting to the end of the row and finding out you made a mistake at the beginning of the row.
